How many photos do we get and how long after the wedding do we receive them?
The number of photos delivered and processed depends on the number of hours of the wedding, but we stick to producing about 800 processed photos after the all-day wedding. These are usually sent within 3 to 5 weeks after the wedding.
Do we really need two photographers?
It depends on your preferences, but experience has shown that this is best practice, as two photographers capture more events, offer more photos, more variety and a different view. For example: Two photographers are needed to photograph the preparations at the bride and groom's home, as one cannot be in two places at the same time.
Do you also offer a photo corner and a photo booth?
Yes, in our additional offer we also offer a photo corner and a photo booth. As part of this, you also have a photo assistant available at all times to help you develop the photos, choose fun accessories and create a personalized wedding album.
Do you offer a wedding photo book?
Of course, you can choose from a variety of styles to find your perfect pick our meeting.
I came across photos of different photographers made in different styles: some are soft and pastel, others very ‘clean’, and still others as if they were taken on an old film camera. How do you achieve this?
Every photographer follows his feelings and leaves traces of his personality and creative spark in photographs (colors, shadows, contrasts, etc.), but this does not mean that photographs will be created only according to the photographer's taste. We always agree with the client on which style suits them best, and we take this into consideration when taking photos and, of course, later when processing.
What can I do to look my best in my photos?
Just relax and trust the photographer. You look your best when you feel good, relaxed and without any pressure, so it is important that dedicate enough time at the wedding for taking photos. The wedding photographer will guide you through the fun process where unforgettable wedding photos are taken.
We worry about how we will look in the photos. We can't pose.
These worries are superfluous, as we give great advice for many kinds of poses. We always aim to present you in the most beautiful light. Both during photography and later with photo processing.
How much time do you spend editing photos?
It takes an average of 2 to 4 weeks to carefully prepare wedding material, which includes processing photos, editing a short video with the most beautiful moments and making a photo book. Of course, the time can also vary from wedding to wedding (leased package, length of the wedding, your additional wishes, etc.).
If something goes wrong, you can fix it in Photoshop, right?
Yes and no. It is best to give great attention to ensure optimal conditions during the photo shoot: with a good placement of people and a suitable location. In post-production, general details are edited, but not all the details. Photoshop can work wonders and it is never a problem to further process photos, but since it also requires a lot of time, it is charged according to the effort.

Do you also offer wedding video?
Of course. The video is something completely different, as it perfectly captures the most beautiful moments of your wedding day and shows it in a different, even more vibrant and life-like light.
Why (besides photos) do I also need a of film the wedding?
It is true that a picture says more than 1000 words, but the wedding video is the one that will bring you back to your day of joy every time you look at it and revive in you all the most beautiful feelings of love and happiness that overwhelmed you on this special day.
What is the advantage of ordering photographic and filming wedding services from the same company?
If the photographer and the cameraman are part of the same team, they can easily avoid misunderstandings and possible disturbing elements during the shooting and filming. Because they both have a well-established way of working with each other, it is easier to adapt and communicate, and the work will be smoother in this way than usual, when the interests of the photographer and the cameraman intersect.
Do you record the civil and church wedding in its entirety?
Wedding packages contain a wedding video with the most beautiful moments. With an additional payment of 250 €, we will record both the civil and the church part of your wedding in its entirety, as an archive video. In this case, we sound the groom with a hidden microphone that records your voice. We can also record only one of the above rituals, in this case the surcharge is 180 €. With an additional payment of € 150, we can also fully record your first dance, dance with your parents and speeches at the evening party.
Do you also shoot a longer wedding video?
We recommend a wedding video of about 4 minutes, which perfectly captures the most beautiful moments of your wedding. The 4 minute video is also the most popular choice of our newlyweds. For an additional charge of 450 €, we also offer an archive video documenting your wedding day in its entirety. The length of an archive video is around 30 to 45 minutes.
How much does an extra cameraman cost?
The price of each additional cameraman, which is not part of the selected packages, is 250 € for up to 8 hours of presence or 350 € for up to 15 hours of presence.
Reservation
How much should I book a wedding photographer / cameraman in advance?
We usually have wedding photography and videography booked at least half a year before the wedding. Of course, we are used to and even expect some "last minute" customers, but they must be very lucky to find us still available.
How do you book an appointment? What about the payment?
The date of the wedding photo shoot is finally confirmed by signing the contract and paying an advance of 20% of the final amount. You pay the rest until the day of your wedding.
Can we meet in person before we finally decide to make a reservation?
In any case, meetings are strongly encouraged and are a well-established practice, as it is easiest to agree on your wishes, expectations and plans for the wedding day over coffee.

How do we know we can completely rely on your team?
To ensure that you are not worried about such issues and that our cooperation is as reliable as possible, we will sign a contract at the meeting, which guarantees the seriousness and quality of our services.
How many team members will be attending the wedding?
The number of photographers and cameramen depends on the size of your wedding and your wishes. At the introductory meeting, we will advise you on this and together we will determine the optimal number of photographers.
We’re not sure if we need a 4-member team. Isn't that too much?
Experience has shown us that a 4-member team works best, as this is the only way to ensure the diversity and dynamism of photos and videos. We can also capture photographs of both of your families at the same time. This is especially important at the beginning of the groom's and the bride's preparations, as well as later when the bride and groom are scattered around the scene.
We are worried that you will be bothersome at the wedding, how can we avoid this?
During the wedding, we are very professional, discreet and coordinated, and we also use only the latest technologies that allow for inaudible photography. As the photographer and cameraman are part of the same team, we easily avoid misunderstandings and potential distractions.
What happens if you can’t get to the wedding in the end?
That doesn't happen. In the worst case scenario, if someone is forcibly absent, they will be replaced by another team member.
Can you save photos to multiple locations? What happens if a photographer's camera, computer or SD card is destroyed, lost or stolen?
All our devices record material on two cards at the same time and each of us also has a spare camera with us. We also have software available to recover material from defective cards. In short, the possibility of being left without recorded material is very, very small and nothing such has happened to us yet.

Are travel costs included in the price of services?
Weddings with fewer locations, or when these are not farther than 50 km away from Ljubljana, travel costs are already included in the package prices. For bigger weddings, travel expenses are charged additionally. We will arrange all this at a meeting, where we will be able to tell you more precisely how much the travel costs will be.
Do you also have wedding stationery on offer that we can choose from?
Of course, we offer custom designed invitations, hand-written invitations in calligraphy, thank-you notes and prints of photos at the wedding itself. These photos can then also be pinned to thank-you notes.
Will photos from our wedding be posted on your website and social media?
Not at all, unless we agree with you in advance. We discuss this topic at the meeting, where you also state your wishes in the contract.
Can we share photos of our wedding with other wedding providers, such as florists and makeup artists?
Once you receive the photos, they become your property and you can use them wherever you want as long as there is no commercial use of the photos. In this case, we would like you to inform us and to list us as the author of the photos.
Why are wedding photographers so expensive?
Wedding photography seems to many to be easy money with very little work, but this is not the case. For starters, each team member uses equipment worth over 10.000 €: multiple cameras, multiple lenses, memory cards, flash units, remote shutters, a laptop, a high-quality studio computer, photo editing software and more. Most of our work only starts when we return to the studio, where post-production takes about twice as long as just taking photos.
Do we choose the music for the wedding video ourselves?
Couples usually already have a chosen favorite song that will be used as a basis in their wedding video. But, no worries! If you cannot pick a favourite, we as music enthusiasts are always ready to help with a thousand and one suggestion. If you want to publicly post your video, we can also provide music for commercial purposes.
How much do the extra hours cost if we opt for one of the packages, but our wedding will be longer?
Additional hours are calculated per hour and per person, namely 35 € / hour per person.
Do we receive raw material in addition to photographic and video products?
We do not hand over raw material, as it is only a semi-product that cannot truly present the creative vision of the photographer or cameraman in a way that finished products can. We are happy to offer you an archive video as an additional service.
Can we also hire you for other services such as photographing and filming couples, baptisms, communions, birthdays and other events?
Yes. Packages also apply to similar events. Together we can assemble a photographic and film crew that will perfectly suit your needs. We have years of experience of photography and video of couples, birthdays, communions, baptisms, private / business parties, major events and more.
